We are looking for a drafter who wants to do this work well — someone who cares about a clean set
and a well-resolved detail, not just pushing lines.
You will produce construction documents and 3D models in ArchiCAD, develop details, and carry
projects alongside our team from schematic design through construction documents. This is a
hands-on role with real responsibility: you will work directly with the principals on projects that get
built, and your judgment and craft will show in the work.

• 3–7 years of professional architectural drafting experience
• Strong proficiency in ArchiCAD
• A genuine eye for detail and clean, well-organized drawing sets
• A solid understanding of residential construction and CD standards
• The ability to work independently and think a step ahead of the drawing
Experience with steel framing, Title 24, or non-combustible assemblies is a plus — but if you have the
instincts and the discipline, we will teach you the rest.

$70,000 – $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience

Send your résumé and a portfolio or work samples (PDF or link) to [email protected] with
“ArchiCAD Drafter” in the subject line. Tell us a little about a project you are proud of — we read
those.
